By accessing or using CFB APP, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding your email and provider accounts, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or use an account you do not control.

You may use CFB APP for lawful personal, educational, and informational purposes, including viewing schedules, standings, rankings, team information, and championship scenarios.

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate harm.
• Probe, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
• Abuse sign-in codes, provider flows, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Use automated traffic that disrupts the service or burdens its providers.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to data.
• Misrepresent CFB APP as an official NCAA, conference, school, or team service.

Scores, schedules, standings, rankings, rosters, scenarios, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Championship and tiebreaker outputs are informational projections, not official rulings. Verify important information with the applicable school, conference, NCAA, or other official source.

CFB APP is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any athletic conference, school, team, poll, social provider, or data provider. The service is not betting, financial, or other professional advice.

CFB APP's software, design, text, and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. College, team, conference, provider, and other third-party names, logos, statistics, and marks belong to their respective owners. No rights in third-party marks are granted to you.

Authentication, analytics, infrastructure, email delivery, data, and external links may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. CFB APP is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their availability or content.

Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal rights, including for violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFB APP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
